How to make sirloin steak

Preparation of raw materials: sirloin steak 500g (split into three)

Heat a pitted pan, add the sirloin steak, and sear on one side over high heat for 2 minutes

Flip the steak over, sprinkle with some black pepper and salt, and sear for another 2 minutes, and then squeeze some lemon juice over the top (when it's about 5-minute old)
