1. See the old-fashioned Red Building and Bell Tower at Suzhou University. The museum and a historical campus of Soochow University are full of the flavor of the Republic of China. It was formerly Soochow University during the Guangxu period. The Red Building and the Bell Tower are two must-see places on the campus of the Academy of Mathematics and the Principal’s Office.
2. Suzhou Museum appreciates the elegant design of I.M. Pei. In the works designed by the architect I.M. Pei, Chinese colors and Suzhou style can be seen everywhere. It not only retains the style of white walls and gray tiles in ancient Suzhou buildings, but also incorporates modern geometric lines. Chinese architecture is often of complex beauty, but Subo is more of a poetic and picturesque beauty. 3. Zhouzhuang Ancient Town. For the ancient town complex, don’t miss Zhouzhuang. “Small bridges, flowing water, and people’s houses” are perfectly combined in Zhouzhuang. Waking up early in the morning to quietly daze, or strolling through Zhouzhuang at night will make you mesmerizing. The charm of Zhouzhuang lies in its cultural connotation. Shen Hall, Zhang Hall, Milou, Ye Chuqian's former residence, Chengxu Taoist Temple, Quanfu Temple and other places of interest have high historical, cultural and ornamental value.
