I also use MB6, and I summed up the formula myself. It's super simple and accurate!
1. Shoot an egg into the measuring cup, then add milk to the measuring cup, and add it to 24ML.
2. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the bread bucket, add two tablespoons of sugar and three-quarters of a teaspoon of salt, and butter and olive oil according to your preference!
3. Pour the bread flour into the measuring cup, two full cups, even with the cup mouth!
4. Dig a small hole in the flour and add yeast, about 1/2 teaspoon of yeast, more in winter and less in summer!
5. Now mix the dough for 15 minutes, and then switch to program 4 Sweet Bread! The bread will be baked in three hours!
