Tianshui is very suitable for apple growth in terms of climate, soil, sunshine and other natural conditions. northern chestnut
Tianshui is one of the origins of chestnut in China. There are a large area of natural wild chestnut forests in Xiaolongshan Mountain area. It is said that the famous "Tianjin Ganli" was introduced from Baoji and Tianshui when Qin Shihuang built the Great Wall, and it was cultivated locally as an armament grain. There are about 4, mu of natural wild chestnuts in the east of Beidao District, which are mainly distributed in Dongcha, Liyuan, Wuzhai and other forest areas.

Gangu pepper
Line pepper is widely planted in Tianshui City, among which Gangu pepper has the largest yield and the best quality. Gangu line pepper is shaped like a horn, with red and bright color, strong spicy taste, thick meat, rich oil, spicy and fragrant taste, easy to dry, durable and long-lasting reputation.
Gangu pepper is mainly produced in Pan 'an Township, which is located in the Weihe River Valley, with a warm climate and good irrigation conditions. It has a unique and good condition for planting pepper and a long planting history. Farmers here all have experts in growing peppers, and peppers have become their traditional crops handed down from generation to generation. At present, the pepper planting area has grown to nearly 5, mu, with an average yield of about 5 Jin per mu.
