Northeast specialties include hot pot, stewed dishes, sticky bean buns, corn bread, roasted cold noodles, pork stewed vermicelli and so on.
1. Hot Pots
There are many kinds of hot pots in Northeast China, such as mutton hot pot, fish hot pot, spicy hot pot, rock sugar hot pot and so on.
