Anhui Normal University, referred to as Anhui Normal University for short, was founded by American missionaries on 1909, formerly known as Cui Wen Middle School. Over the past decades, the school has changed its name many times, including Cui Wen University, Chongqing University, Wuhu University, Southern Anhui University, the affiliated university of Southern Anhui University and the affiliated university of Anhui Normal University. At present, the school has more than 60 classes and more than 4,000 students. Among them, there are 239 people with more than 600 points in science.

Wuhu No.1 University, referred to as Wuhu No.1 University for short, was founded in 1765, formerly known as Zhongjiang Academy. It is one of China 138 Tian Jiabing University. At present, the school has more than 30 classes and more than 2,000 students.
