Wudalang Shaobing is a traditional Han Chinese food in Liangshan County, Shandong Province. It has a long history and first appeared in the Northern Song Dynasty. With the development of the times, the recipe of Wudalang Shaobing has been constantly improved and developed, and it is deeply loved by the public.
Required ingredients: 400 grams of meat filling, 500 grams of flour, 1 handful of vermicelli, 1 onion, 5 slices of ginger, 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of chili sauce, 1 tsp of chicken essence, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tsp of cooking wine, 1 tsp of light soy sauce,
1 tsp sesame oil.
Steps: 1. Cut the green onion into shreds and soak the ginger slices in water for 15 minutes. Put the vermicelli into a pot of boiling water and cook for one minute. Remove from the water and let cool before cutting into small pieces.
2. Add onion and ginger water, cooking wine, salt, sesame oil, sugar, chicken essence, and light soy sauce to the meat filling, stir well, then add chili sauce and vermicelli and mix well.
3. Add appropriate amount of cold water to the flour and mix into a soft dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes.
4. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll it into a thin dough, put the filling on it, cover it with another piece of dough, press the surrounding dough tightly, and make small folds along the edges.
5. Heat the pan and add more oil than cooking, and fry the pie until both sides are golden brown.
