1. Open the SIXUN Gourmet software and log in to your account.

2. On the main interface, click the "Member" option in the top menu.

3. In the membership interface, look for “replace membership card” or a similar option.

This may be found at the bottom of the page or via the menu button in the upper right corner.

4. After clicking the "Replace Membership Card" option, you may be asked to enter some information, such as membership card number, phone number, personal information provided during registration, etc.

Enter the appropriate information as prompted.

5. After confirming that the entered information is correct, click the "Submit" button to complete the steps of re-applying for a membership card.
