Nanjing Roast Duck: It is a traditional famous dish in Nanjing. It belongs to Jinling cuisine and is also one of the famous Chinese dishes.
We use fat and tender duck, and go through a special pickling and roasting process. The skin of the roasted duck is crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and the aroma is overflowing.
Each of these dishes has its own unique flavor, some focus on freshness and aroma, some focus on taste, and some focus on both color and flavor.
For example, salted duck is made from a whole duck, cleaned and marinated in salt water, which has a fragrant and salty taste; stewed eel meat is made by removing the skin and bones, then beating and frying, and has a crispy texture.
Fragrant and tender.
