There are eyes all over the body, and you can know things by touching them.

This is the spirit of the heart, which encompasses heaven and earth. It can see but not with eyes, and can hear but not with ears.

If the mind can be pure, it will not be driven by cravings and desires.

Know your original place and return to where you came from.

Ordinary people and saints have horizontal eyes and long noses.

They come from the same place and return to different places, because they are so different from each other.

If you can calm down and think about life and death.

Take advantage of this time to get fit and work hard.

Cleanse the marrow and restore it to its original state, and the ordinary and the holy will be reunited.
