1. First pour 400 into a large bowl For ordinary flour, add 3 grams of salt and 4 grams of yeast powder, then break in 2 eggs, use chopsticks to break up the eggs, and knead the dough with 200 ml of warm water at about 30 degrees Celsius.
2. Stir while pouring, and stir until it becomes a large dough, then pour in 30 ml of cooking oil. The dough of the deep-fried pancakes must be soft, so that the pancakes will not become soft even if they are cold. Will be hard.
3. Knead it into a softer dough like this, cover it with plastic wrap and seal it until it doubles in size.
4. When the dough is ready and honeycomb tissue is visible, apply cooking oil on the panel in advance. Place the risen dough on the panel and rub it to remove the gas inside.
5. Shape it into a long strip and divide it into uniformly sized dough pieces. Press each dough piece into a round cake shape with your hands, and make two cuts on it like this.
6. Heat the oil in the pan to 50% to 60% and fry until the pancake floats, then turn it over and fry over medium heat until the pancake is evenly heated.
7. Fry until golden brown, then take it out to control the oil. Our home-made pancakes are ready. Eat them while they are hot. The outside will be a little crispy, but the inside will be very soft and hollow.
