Sister Xi has nothing to do with Tintin Beast. Sister refers to Chen's role in the action comedy movie "Evil Does Not Suppress Right". Tintin Beast is one of the elves in Pokémon, a series of mobile games released by Nintendo. It first appeared in Pokémon: Red/Green in Pokemon. There is no relationship between the two.
