1. Prepare the pork leg; wash and chop into pieces and set aside.
2. Peel the lotus root, wash it, and cut it into fine pieces; cut the ginger into fine pieces and set aside.
3. Pour lotus root grains and minced ginger into the pork.
4. Add salt, light soy sauce and black pepper.
5. Stir the lotus root and minced meat thoroughly.
6. Make lotus root meatballs and put them on a plate.
7. Put it into the rice cooker and steam it together while steaming the rice.
8. Take the steamed lotus root meatballs out of the pot and place on a plate.
