3. Qinglong Guohai Soup
Used local high-quality green vegetable leaves, radish leaves and cauliflower leaves, pickled, fermented and dehydrated. Then add other seasonings to make dry pickled vegetables. Cut the dried pickled vegetables into sections and add salt, chili pepper and pounded ginger. Then add three or two green onions and place it in a sea bowl.
