/kloc-In the 9th century, immigrants from Portugal came to Hawaii with ukulele and became a local instrument similar to a mini guitar. At the beginning of the 20th century, ukulele gained the attention of the whole United States and gradually spread to the international community.

The difference from guitar: ukulele has only four strings, and guitar has six.

There are at least the following legends about ukulele:

1, Queen Lili'uokalani thinks it comes from a gift with Hawaiian words "come here", or "uku" (gift or reward) and "lele" (coming).
