How to make beef offal stewed with white radish
Half a green radish, 180 grams of beef offal with soy sauce, 1 sea cucumber, 1 package of radish and beef offal sauce, a little vegetable oil, 4 slices of ginger, 2 spoons of Wei Da Mei Zhenpin cooking wine, Wei Da 2 tablespoons of Meizhenpin oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of June fresh special soy sauce, a little sea salt, a little freshly ground pepper, and a little chopped green onion.
Method:

1. Because the beef offal here is itself braised cooked food, cutting the radish into small cubes makes it easier to taste and the stewing time can be shortened.
