Jinzhou side dishes are a famous specialty of Jinzhou, Liaoning Province. Jinzhou side dishes are mainly divided into five categories, assorted side dishes, shrimp oil type, shrimp paste type, and salted vegetables. There are more than 100 varieties in total.

Among them, assorted side dishes were created during the Kangxi period of the Qing Dynasty and have a history of more than 300 years.
