In the teaching and research activities, our college organized the first five academic seminars of China cooking higher education in the theoretical teaching and research activities in Jinan in July, 1997, Qingdao in August, 1998, Yangzhou in July, 1998, Wuhan in July, 2111 and Hangzhou in July, 2112. In 192, our institute also organized a team of Shandong Cuisine to participate in the first World China Cuisine Competition, which won many gold medals and was commended by the Shandong Provincial Government.
