Zeng Cuo An Village is the most literary fishing village in China, which is short for "Wenchuang Village in Zeng Cuo An Village". The alias "Zengli", also known as "Zengjiawo" and "Zengjiawan", is located in the southeast of Xiamen Island, with the grass of Tuerling, the stone of Taimu Mountain, the reef of volcanic island and the integration of nature and humanity. It has a history of more than 8 years. Surrounding attractions include Xiamen University, Hulishan Fort, Xiamen University Baicheng, Huandao Road, Nanputuo Temple and Wanshi Botanical Garden.

Zeng Cuo An Village community was originally a village near the sea. In 1956, it was an advanced agricultural cooperative of Stars. In 1958, Xiamen University Farm was established with Huangcuo Village. In 196, it was renamed Siming Farm. In 1966, it belonged to Zengta Society. In 197, it belonged to the outpost brigade of the frontline commune. ?
The community has eight natural villages, including Zeng Cuo An Village, Cangli, Maeda, Xibian, Qiancuo, Dongzhai, Shangli and Hulishan, and there are 1 residents' groups with 1,473 households, with a total population of 4,252, 5,929 migrants and 15 people in party member. The villagers used to be mainly engaged in agriculture, fishing and sideline, but now most of them have changed jobs.
