1. Huainan beef soup. As Huainan people must know this food, even if it is put into Anhui cuisine, it can be ranked first. Super-large iron pot is used to cook nutritious beef bone soup, and the periphery of the pot is full of bright red dried peppers. Soft and smooth vermicelli, brown bean cake, and beef slices with fresh and tender meat and even thickness make people's appetite double.
In addition, the beef soup in Huainan is not expensive, and the authentic Huainan beef soup is only 1 yuan. Every time I eat Huainan beef soup, I like to go to the snack street next to Huainan Union University or the Amtech canteen. I think Huainan beef soup in these two places is the most authentic and the largest.
2. Shouxian hot soup. When I was a child, my grandfather would take me to the next "restaurant" every weekend, and I would always ask for a hot soup. The ingredients in Hu spicy soup mainly include peanuts, kelp, thousands of pieces of silk, gluten, etc. At that time, a bowl of Hu spicy soup was 5 cents, but now it costs 1 yuan a bowl.
every time I drink Hu spicy soup, I add a little dried Chili powder on the table, and when I drink it, it tastes delicious. Now that Grandpa has left himself, I occasionally order a bowl of hot soup at the snack bar on the street in the morning, which is also a way to express my thoughts.
3. Mariko Shouzhou. Not long ago, Mariko Shouzhou boarded a hot search on the Internet, because Zhang Songwen, the actor who plays Gao Qiqiang in The Knockout, once praised the delicacy of Mariko Shouzhou on a social platform. The main ingredients of Shouzhou Yuanzi are eggs, flour and pork belly. Then, in the process of making it, add onion and ginger and other auxiliary materials, rub it round, sprinkle it with a layer of raw flour, put it in a boiling pot and cook it. 4. Bagongshan Tofu. Bagong Mountain is the birthplace of tofu. Liu An, the king of Huainan, accidentally invented this dish, and now it has become a delicacy all over the country. In our Huainan, the famous dishes about tofu are "when the seedlings are young, stay young" and "when the flowers bloom".
Simply speaking, it is fried tofu. This dish is derived from the idiom "When seedlings stay calves", which means that people are innocent, and it is very similar to the characteristics of tofu itself. And "flowers bloom with wealth" is to carve tofu into an edible "art", which is beautiful and delicious.
Besides, there are other delicious foods in Huainan, such as whitebait in Wabu Lake, crab in Gaotang Lake, fried sesame seed cake, hemp balls, etc. You are welcome to taste them.
