Sour soup for fat beef
Ingredients: 2g of fat beef roll, 2g of Flammulina velutipes, 6 pickled peppers, 1 spoon of chopped pepper, 1 section of onion, 1 small piece of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 big bowl of boiled water and 1 chive.
Steps:
1. Chop onion, ginger and garlic, pickle pepper and cut into sections, and prepare to chop pepper
