Zishan smoked chicken is a special food in Zhuozi County, Inner Mongolia, with the longest history. It has a history of nearly one hundred years from production to processing, and it is one of the top ten famous snacks in China. Zhuozishan smoked chicken originated in 1930s. Because of its special technology and unique flavor, Zhuozishan smoked chicken, together with Shandong Dezhou braised chicken and Henan Daokou roast chicken, was also called the three famous chickens in China at 1956 National Cooked Products Expo.
