Main Ingredients

Method
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Cook the noodles in a pot for about 3 minutes, when done, put them in cool water and set aside.
3. Ham sausage cut thick slices, greens, bean sprouts, fungus handle clean, ham sausage, greens, bean sprouts, fungus into the frying pan and stir fry.

How to make
1. Prepare the ingredients: Shredded Bacon, Slice Shallot and Shredded Ginger. Bean sprouts washed and drained, dried shiitake mushrooms soaked and washed and shredded. Prawns washed and shelled to remove the shrimp line, into the rice wine marinade to fishy (stay three shelled last on the surface). Make the sauce: mix the five auxiliary ingredients and stir well.
2. Boil the noodles for 1 minute, then put them in cold water to soak.
3. Heat a frying pan, pour some salad oil and sauté the bacon.
4. Stir-fry the bacon until it is slightly browned, then add the mushrooms and stir-fry for a few minutes.
5. Add green onion and ginger, bean sprouts, prawns and shrimp and stir fry evenly.
6. When the shrimp turns brown, add the noodles.
7. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry evenly, so that the vegetables and noodles are evenly coated with the sauce, then you can turn off the heat.
