Medicinal wine for numbing wind, phlegm and rheumatism - "Encyclopedia of Ulcer Medicine" Volume 28 Yinjiang Still Du Prescription
Prescription: 10 taels of Rehmannia glutinosa, Ziziphus jujube kernel (fried), 2 Angelica sinensis. 2 taels, Pittosporum bark 2 taels, Asparagus root 2 taels, Sichuan fenugreek (add these 2 flavors for rheumatism) 2 taels, Digupi 1 tael 5 qian, Achyranthes achyranthes 1 tael 5 qian, Guizhi 5 qian, licorice 5 qian.
Prepare 20 kilograms of fire wine and drink it after 7 days.
The main functions are to strengthen muscles and bones and strengthen walking. It is mainly used to treat numbness due to wind phlegm and pain in muscles and bones.
Usage and Dosage: Drink 2-3 small cups each time, not too much.

Prescription: 1kg of Dinggongteng, 30g of Guizhi, 37.5g of Ephedra g, Asparagus 3g, Angelica 3g, Ligusticum chuanxiong 3g, Angelica dahurica 3g, Psoralen 3g, Frankincense 3g, Pig tooth soap 3g, Tangerine peel 13g, Atractylodes 3g, Magnolia officinalis 3g, Cyperus rotundus 3g, Acosta 3g, Citrus aurantium 20g, Atractylodes 3g , 3g yam, 8g polygonatum, 3g dodder, 3g cumin, 3g bitter almond, 3g Alisma, 3g Wulingzhi, 6.5g silkworm sand.
For the above twenty-five flavors, steam Dinggong Teng for two hours, put it into a container with the twenty-four flavors such as cinnamon twigs, add 4.25 liters of white wine, soak in an airtight manner, and heat for 2 to 5 times, each time bringing the soaking liquid to 35°C, soaking for 40 days, and then filtering.
The main functions are to dispel wind and remove dampness, activate blood circulation and relieve pain. It is mainly used to treat wind-cold dampness, numbness of hands and feet, soreness in waist and legs, and injuries caused by falls.
Usage and Dosage: Take orally, 10 to 15 ml once, 2 to 3 times a day; for external use, rub the affected area. If there is swelling, pain and black blood stasis, mash ginger and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of medicinal wine and rub the affected area.
Note that pregnant women are not allowed to take it internally. They can rub it externally on the affected area, but avoid rubbing it on the abdomen.
