How to bake eggs
Ingredients
100 grams of butter, melted, 24 eggs, a little more than 2 teaspoons of salt, 475 ml of low-fat milk
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Pour the melted butter into a 23cm*23cm baking dish. Using a large bowl, whisk together eggs and salt until smooth. Gradually pour in the milk and stir. Then pour it all together into the baking pan.
3. Place the baking tray in the oven for 10 minutes (no need to seal), then stir, and bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the eggs are cooked.
