positioning and lofting
(1) shed direction. It is better to use the north-south direction. If limited by the field, it can also be used in the east-west direction. Try to avoid building sheds diagonally.
(2) specifications. The shed is 4-6m wide, 3-5m long and 1.6-2m high. When building a group of greenhouses, the distance between the greenhouses should reach 1.2-1.5m, and the distance between the shed heads should be 4-5m, which is beneficial to transportation and ventilation and avoids shading.
(3) lofting. In the place with open terrain and non-draught, the four corners of the greenhouse are determined according to the designed length and width dimensions, and the positioning piles are laid after the four corners are at right angles by using the Pythagorean law, and the positioning lines are pulled between the positioning piles, and the foundation of the bamboo frame is leveled and compacted along the line.
insert and tie the arch
(1) choose the frame material. The newly cut bamboo is used as the framing material, with a diameter of 2-2.5 cm and a length of 3.5-4.5 m, with the same thickness from top to bottom.
(2) punch chajia. Along the locating lines on both sides of the greenhouse, drill holes with a depth of 3-4 cm with steel drill from one end to the other end at an equal distance of 7-8 cm, and insert the bamboo bases into the holes one by one. In order to make the shoulder heights on both sides of the arch frame consistent, the two bamboos on the same arch frame should be as old as possible and the thickness should be the same, then fill the soil firmly, then bend the bamboo poles on both sides of the same arch frame into arcs according to the uniform height standard, and wrap them with cloth strips or packing ropes in a certain direction, so that the two ends of the bamboo can be wrapped.
(3) tie the tie rod. At the top of the arch and on both sides 6-8 cm away from the ground, three longitudinal tie rods are symmetrically tied along the length direction. When tying, the original distance between the arches should be kept and tied firmly as far as possible so that the arches do not slide back and forth. In order to improve the firmness of the greenhouse, the 5-6 meter wide shed should have an upright post every 3-5 meters, and the 4-5 meter shed can use cross braces to replace the pull rods on both sides. The method is that every 4-5 scaffolding in the shed, four long scaffolding materials buried 3-4 cm are fixed on the scaffolding at an angle of 45 degrees, which looks like an "X" from top to bottom.
(4) build a shed head. Under the arches at both ends, 4-6 pillars are inserted, and the pillars and the scaffolding are tied together to form a shed head. A door is set in the middle of the shed head at the leeward, with a width of .7 meters and a height of about 1.3-1.5 meters. In order to reduce the wind damage to the membrane, the windward shed head can adopt the method of gradually reducing the height of the shed frame for transition.
cover the greenhouse film
(1) fix the skirt film. The skirt film is 6.8 meters wide and 1-2 meters longer than the greenhouse. One side of the film with a width of 1 meter is wound into hemp rope or nylon rope, which is branded into a small tube with an electric iron, and covered on the lower part of both sides of the shed. After pulling the ropes at both ends, it is fixed on the shed head, and the middle is fixed on the shed with a thin iron wire. A shallow ditch with a depth of 1 cm is opened on the side of the arch frame, and the film exceeding 2 cm is buried in the ditch and stamped.
⑵ fix the top membrane. The width of the top membrane is-8cm in the arc of the arch, and the length is +2 times the height of the shed+4cm. Under windless conditions, the top membrane is put on, and then it is fixed on the column of the shed head with iron wire.
(3) buried anchor. A ground anchor is buried in the middle of both sides of two adjacent scaffolding. The specific method is to bind a whole brick with thick iron wire and bury it in the soil along the edge line, leaving a ring on it to fix the film pressing line. The film pressing line must be attached to the shed film and tightened.
(4) install the door. Cut the film at the door, wrap the upper side into the upper frame of the door, wrap the two sides into the door frame, nail it with wooden strips, frame the door with bamboo, stretch the film, and fix it on one side of the door frame with thick iron wire.
build a small arch shed
(1) bamboo bow. The bamboo bow is 3-4m long, 2.5-4cm wide, .8-1cm thick, 1.5-2.4m across, .6-.8m high and 1m apart.
(2) shed film. The film width is equal to that of bamboo bow and the length is equal to that of greenhouse.
(3) straw curtain. 1 meter wide and equal to the bamboo bow.
