1. Onions. Although soybean sprouts and onions have no dietary taboos, some active substances contained in onions may affect the absorption and utilization of plant protein in soybean sprouts, thus causing nutrient loss.
2. Spinach. Spinach contains a certain amount of oxalic acid, while soybean sprouts are rich in calcium. When a large amount of oxalic acid meets calcium, a chemical reaction may occur, and then calcium oxalate will be formed, resulting in calcium loss. Moreover, calcium oxalate is a water-insoluble substance, and if it is too much, it is likely to form stones.
3. Pig liver. Pig liver contains copper, while soybean sprouts contain extremely high levels of vitamin C. Eating pig liver and soybean sprouts at the same time may lead to the oxidation and reduction of vitamin C, which may affect the nutritional value of food.
