1. Dissolve brown sugar in lukewarm water, heat butter over water into dissolved brown sugar water, add salt, soak raisins in lukewarm water (outside of portion) for a few minutes, set aside.
2. Flour, baking powder mixed and sifted.
3. Stir the sifted flour into the brown sugar water from step 1 (after cooling).
4. Stir in chocolate and raisins until well blended.
5. Divide into even equal portions with a small spoon and organize into the shape of the picture with your hands.
6. Preheat the oven at 180° for about 12 minutes on upper and lower heat.
7. The finished product is delicious to eat
