Fried beef liver
Ingredients: 300g beef liver, 75g fresh cabbage heart, 30g pickled pepper, 10g ginger slices, 20g garlic slices, 30g green onion sections, 1 egg white, refined salt, pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce, vinegar, MSG, fresh soup, dry and wet starch, and appropriate amounts of salad oil.
Method:
