Cut the winter melon into thin slices and the chives into small sections.

Heat the wok, pour a little clear oil, when the oil is hot, add half a spoon of minced garlic and minced ginger, saute until fragrant.

Then pour in the winter melon slices, add half a bowl of broth, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
