Raw materials:
360 grams of rice, 80 grams of beef, curry powder 10 grams, 5 grams of raisins, a little salt, a little pepper, mushrooms 10 grams, and a proper amount of salad oil.

Cooking method:
1. Wash, peel and dice potatoes, onions, carrots and apples, and marinate minced beef with oil, salt and curry powder for later use;
2. light the fire in the pot and add the butter. When the oil is hot, add minced garlic, diced potatoes and carrots, stir well, add diced onion and salt, and cook for a few minutes on medium heat. Put curry powder in a small bowl, add water, stir well, pour into the pot, cook until the potatoes are cooked, add minced beef, pour in a proper amount of milk, hook a little thin paste and pour it over the rice.

Ingredients: cooking oil, salt, curry powder.
Steps:

2. Stir-fry vegetables with the meat in the pot. Pay attention to put more oil and proper amount of salt (you can also put it aside first, and then add salt after the curry is adjusted).

traditional method
1. Cut the beef into pieces and cook it in cold water. During the heating process, the blood floating on the water surface is removed. When the water boils, wash the beef with clear water, then add water to the pot. When the water boils again, turn the fire to a minimum, cover the pot and cook slowly. I want to eat rotten beef and cook it for 2 hours.
2. Then wash onions, potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces, just enough for the entrance (about 1cm). Note that vegetables are about the same size. If you don't like chopped onions, you can also shred them, so that they will dissolve in curry when stewing and have a strong onion flavor when eating. I personally like them.
3. Add a little oil to the pot, stir-fry the onion in the pot, stir-fry the fragrance, and then add the diced carrots and potatoes and stir-fry.
4. Then put it into the beef being cooked, add water, and the total amount will be submerged. Continue to use small fire tons after boiling.
Now, let's start the main event, make curry seasoning, and cut half an apple into pieces for later use. If you are afraid of trouble, you can use a blender to stir into small particles. Heat it in a pot, then stir-fry the cut apples and add curry powder (oil curry). Be careful when you make it for the first time, because curry powder contains a lot of turmeric, and adding too much will be very bitter. As long as it is added to the pot, the mixture will appear beautiful bright yellow. Then add pepper (a small amount), salt and monosodium glutamate, pour in a proper amount of milk (yogurt is also ok, it will be sour and appetizing), stir quickly (the oil temperature should not be too high, otherwise it will paste), and then add it to the stewed beef and vegetables. Keep the fire low and stir constantly, or the curry will burn.
6. Finally, drain the excess soup with high fire, stir the curry on the rice, and you can eat it. The rice is better to be a little harder, and it can be cooked with 7% japonica rice (preferably Thai rice) and 3% glutinous rice. You can also eat curry with pasta, which is delicious.
Exercise 6
Ingredients: chicken breast, potatoes, carrots, onions, apples, tomatoes, curry (preferably black pieces, light pink), salt.
Exercise:
1。 Cut the chicken breast into pieces, put a little oil in the soup pot and stir-fry until it is 8 minutes cooked.
2。 Dice potatoes, carrots and onions. Add water directly to the soup pot, and put potatoes, onions and carrots into it to cook. Add curry powder after boiling, but don't add salt first, so as not to get salty later.
3。 Apples and tomatoes should also be cut into pieces and put in when the pot is boiling.
4。 Because the potato starch content is high, there is no need to thicken it separately. When it thickens, season with salt and stir well. Look at the rotten potatoes, turn off the fire, take out the pot and pour them on the rice.
Exercise 7
Select whole boneless chicken, shred onion, cut potatoes and carrots into small pieces, cut garlic into pieces, cook in water for one hour, and take out the chicken and cut it into small pieces for later use.
Add seasoning: curry powder, a few fragrant leaves, a little fennel, salt, cheese (or milk), butter (or lard), tomato sauce, peanut butter (or sesame sauce) to the pot, cook for another hour, and add chicken to continue stewing for 15 minutes. Depending on the soup in the pot, thicken the fried flour and add chicken essence.
When eating, use a large bowl to hold half a bowl of rice, and pour the curry chicken dish with proper humidity on the rice.
Exercise 8
[Curry rice ingredients]: 100g curry, 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 green peppers and 6 sausages.
[curry rice practice]:
1. Wash the rice and add water to boil.
2. While cooking rice, peel potatoes and carrots, cut them into small pieces 1 cm square with onions and green peppers, and cut the sausage diagonally.
3. Add potatoes, carrots and sausages in cold water and cook together.
4. Cut the curry into small pieces, crush it, melt it with water and stir well.
5. When the ingredients in the pot are cooked, add the chopped green onion and pour in the curry paste.
6. After boiling, turn to low heat and cook until the soup is thick. Add green peppers and cook. Turn off the heat.
Put the cooked rice in a bowl and pour the cooked curry on it.

Ingredients: potatoes, fresh mushrooms, diced beef.
Ingredients: curry powder, olive oil, butter, chicken essence, salt and black pepper.
Exercise:
1, potatoes, mushrooms (mushrooms will shrink, be careful to cut into large pieces), cut into pieces, put oil in the pot, and stir-fry the diced beef until the oil is evenly distributed.
2. Add a bowl of water (water is not suitable for the material), add salt, chicken essence, a spoonful of butter, curry powder and black pepper, stir well and simmer slowly.
3. When the water is dry and there is a little soup left in the pot, the soup gradually thickens, and the potatoes become tender and even in color, so you can eat them. If the soup is not strong, you can also add a spoonful of water starch to help collect the soup.

150g beef, half a potato, 75g carrots and onions, 4 mushrooms and 20g cucumbers.
Seasoning:
Material A: 1 teaspoon curry powder.
Material b: 2 tablespoons stock, fresh chicken essence 1 tablespoon, salt, rice wine and tomato sauce.
Material C: 1 tbsp water-based powder.
Ingredients: sesame oil 1 teaspoon
Exercise: first cut the beef into small pieces and blanch it; Wash and slice mushrooms and cucumbers, wash and peel potatoes and carrots, peel and dice onions.
2. Blanch potatoes and carrots in boiling water, remove and drain. Heat 3 tbsp oil in the pan, add cucumber and mushroom, stir fry, remove and drain.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan, stir-fry material A on low heat, add beef and onion and stir well, then add other materials and material B, and cook on low heat for 10 minute. Finally, thicken the material C, pour in the material D, take it out and pour it on the rice.
