Ingredients
300g mushrooms, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of light soy sauce, appropriate amount of blending oil and appropriate amount of coriander.
Method
1. Wash the mushrooms and pick small pieces.
2. Put it in a pot and blanch it for two or three minutes.
3. Heat the oil in the pot and add the drained mushrooms.
4. Stir-fry for two minutes and add salt.
5. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce.
6. Add coriander.
7. Stir fry evenly.
