1 Student Nutrition Day in 2022
May 20th is the 33rd China Students' Nutrition Day, with the theme of "Knowing nutrition, exercising, preventing obesity and promoting health", aiming at promoting the formation and consolidation of healthy eating habits, cultivating healthy choices and shopping behaviors, and implementing a reasonable diet.
2. Students' nutrition attention
When shopping for food, take children to learn to read food labels together. Nowadays, there are more dining out, so parents can take this opportunity to teach their students table manners and learn how to order food to achieve balanced nutrition, maintain balance and promote their health.
In the process of eating out, pay attention to dining hygiene, share meals with public chopsticks and cherish food. Parents and children work together to create a relaxed and pleasant dining environment and enjoy the reunion of family, friends and classmates. Maintain a happy mood during the meal, fully enjoy the taste and nutrition of the food, make the food better digested and absorbed, and ensure the needs of students' physical development.
3. The origin of Nutrition Day
199/China Student Nutrition Promotion Association, established in 1989, under the auspices of nutritionist Yu Ruomu, combined with the World Health Organization's strategic goal of health care for all in 2000, formulated a ten-year student nutrition work plan from199 to 2000.
This plan is named "Nursery System Project", in which May 20th is determined as China Student Nutrition Day every year. Its purpose is to publicize the importance of nutrition in students' period extensively and deeply, and to popularize nutrition knowledge vigorously.
