Fish maw stewed chicken soup
Ingredients?
3 fish maws
1 chicken leg
Cordyceps A handful of flowers
3 red dates
3 slices of angelica root
A handful of wolfberry
3 slices of ginger
How to cook fish maw stewed chicken (including the step of soaking fish maw)?
My friend gave me a lot of fish maw~
I took three sticks and rinsed them a little. Boil a pot of water and steam it with a steaming rack. Stuff a slice of ginger into each fish maw and steam it for 10 minutes over medium heat~
Take another large basin and fill it with purified water (filtered water, distilled water) and steam it. Soak the good fish maw in water overnight. Wrap the pot in plastic wrap and put it on the refrigerator overnight. Change the water again when you get up the next morning. Let it soak until the afternoon. I soaked it for 16 hours and it has become very hairy. It’s big~
Chop the chicken legs into pieces~ put them in a pot under cold water and blanch them! Take it out and wash it for 5 minutes. Do not blanch it in hot water. Once the meat is firm and the blood cannot come out, it will not taste good.
I slightly cut the fish maw (it seemed too much) ), the wolfberry should be put in for the last ten minutes. Putting it in advance will make it sour! !
I use the Little Bear electric stew pot, which has fish maw mode. I don’t have to watch the fire at all. When the time comes, I turn to keep warm and add boiling water to stew. It’s just enough for three people!

Tips
1. Blanch the chicken in cold water
2. Add salt when drinking
3. If you want the soup to be thicker, add less water
4. You can use old hen, black-bone chicken, not baby chicken! It can be replaced with lean meat or pork bones!
