Materials: 100g flour, 5g dry baking powder, 30g caster sugar, 45g butter, 1 tbsp milk, a few drops of cream flavoring.
1: First, mix the eggs and caster sugar, and use a whisk to beat the foam vigorously, so that you can feel a thick feeling.
2: Put the flour, baking powder, butter (melted beforehand in the microwave oven) milk and cream flavor into the egg mixture and mix well.
3: Stir the batter, pour into the container (beforehand, please use the butter to wipe once so as not to stain the bottom) surface
Smooth, and then gently covered with plastic wrap, put into the microwave oven to heat up, during the period of time from time to time with a bamboo skewer pierced,
until the bamboo skewer is no longer stained with liquid, that is, the baking has been successful.
4: Take out the baked cake and decorate it with whipped cream and fruits as you like.
I followed this method twice and it was fine, but I switched it up a bit by replacing the flour and dry yeast with self-rising flour and using water instead of milk. And didn't cover it with plastic wrap, I don't think it's good to keep the wrap too warm.
Note that the cake expands a lot in volume when it is cooked, and the container should be left relatively large space.
You can add raisins or date paste to the batter.
