1. Washing rice

3. Put it in the pot

Or cover the pot and let it soak for a period of time. The soaking time varies depending on the variety of rice and the climate. For example, you need to soak for about 15 minutes longer in winter than in summer.
4. Bibimbap
After the rice is cooked and the electric pot switch is turned on, use a rice ladle to loosen the rice and then simmer for about 20 minutes. The purpose of this action is to allow all the rice to absorb water evenly. The fluffing action should be done while it is hot to maintain the integrity of the rice grains. If you do the fluffing action after the rice has cooled down, it will easily destroy the rice grains and the rice will not taste good.
5. Spread to cool.
Spread the cooked and fluffed rice directly on a vessel to cool. This will speed up the cooling of the rice.
6. Bag and refrigerate
Pack the cooled rice in a sealed package, squeeze out excess air, flatten and place directly in the refrigerator to refrigerate. It is recommended that readers can pack smaller portions into multiple packages, so that it will be more convenient to use again.
7. Sprinkle water
Sprinkle a little water on the cold rice taken out from the refrigerator before use. This action is to soften the cold rice and make it easy to loosen it. If the rice is not softened yet, it is forced to loosen it, which will easily destroy the grains of the rice and affect the deliciousness of the fried rice.
