③Adult asparagus field, generally spring first harvest 60 days of spring asparagus, in mid-June each plant to stay 2 to 3 mother stems for growth, the rest of the shoots continue to be harvested until early August, stop harvesting.
④After the general harvesting is over, there should be a growing period of about 3 months in order to make enough nutrients for the second year's bamboo shoot harvesting. During the nutrient growth period, fertilization management and pest control should be strengthened.
⑤Harvesting method. White asparagus is harvested and cut once a day in the morning and evening, and when you find cracks or moist circles on the soil surface, you can locate and harvest the bamboo shoots, dig straight down and cut them at 17 to 18 centimeters without hurting the underground stems and bulbs, and then fill the holes with soil after harvesting.
