(1) Iron deficiency anemia: The contents of blood tofu, animal liver, peaches and celery are high.
(2) Megaloblastic anemia: The content of animal liver is high.
(3) Hemolytic anemia: high content of vegetable oil.
It is suggested that due to the influence of physiological conditions, female anemia is mostly iron deficiency anemia, and there may be two other kinds of anemia in weight control.
