Ingredients: egg tart crust, milk, egg yolks, sugar, condensed milk.

Step 1, prepared ingredients.
Step 2, egg white yolks were beaten in two containers. (Egg white can be fried directly with salt, or do something else.)
Step 3, prepared egg yolks.
Step 4, put the sugar into the yolks.
Step 5: Stir well with a hand pump.
Step 6: Pour in the condensed milk.
Step 7: Whisk with a hand pump.
Step 8: Pour in the milk.
Step 9: Stir well with hand pump.
Step 10: Sift the milk through a strainer.
Step 11: Sift the tart mixture. If you want to make it more creamy, you can sift it a few more times, I usually sift it once. (Remember to plug in the oven beforehand and preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes or more)
Step 12: Remove the tart crust from the freezer and place it on a baking sheet.
Step 13: Pour the tart mixture evenly into the ramekins, 8 minutes full, too much is easy to overflow.
Step 14: Bake the tartlets in the lower center of the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.
Step 15: Bake until there are charred spots.
Step 16: Remove from oven and allow to cool.
