Formula and method of making meatballs
The recipe and practice of making meatballs are as follows:

Ingredients: 400g glutinous rice, 200g minced meat, celery, shallot, garlic 1 head, soy sauce, salt, cooking wine and chicken essence.

Accessories: vegetable oil, corn starch, pepper powder and ginger powder.

1, preparation materials: glutinous rice is steamed in an electric cooker in advance (glutinous rice made of 400g glutinous rice).

2. Put all the ingredients in a pot, including the seasoning.

3. Wear disposable gloves to scratch and rub all materials.

4. Mix it evenly, knead it until it is thick, take a proper amount and knead it round, then dip it in some corn starch.

5. Wrap the corn starch evenly, round it and put it in a baking tray.

6. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot (at least higher than the meatballs). After the oil temperature is heated, add the meatballs and fry them until the surface is golden.
