Tools/materials: kitchen knife, chopping board, basin, pot, shovel, plate, potato, clean water, cooking oil, onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt.
1. Wash and peel potatoes, cut them in half, cut them in half into thin slices, slice and shred them, and soak them in water.
