Sterilize the seeds. Before transplanting leek moss seedlings into 48% chlorpyrifos emulsifiable concentrate 800 times +50% carbendazim wettable powder 600 times liquid soaked for 15 min, effectively killing germs and leek maggot eggs on the surface of the seedling, reducing the occurrence of pests and diseases.

Leeks are hot and easy to eat, so it's not advisable to eat more. The stomach is weak with heat, indigestion should not be eaten.

Summer leek aging, fiber and coarse, not easy to be digested and absorbed by the human stomach, coupled with the summer gastrointestinal peristalsis, more than one will cause gastrointestinal discomfort or diarrhea, so it is not advisable to eat more in the summer heat.

Though leeks have a strong role in the essence, but excessive consumption will defeat the kidneys, eye droppings. So do not eat every day. Cooked leeks can not be eaten overnight to avoid nitrite poisoning. Leeks and wine should not be eaten together.
