1. Peel and pulp the wax gourd and cut it into pieces (not too thin).
2. Wash the shrimps with water, soak them in water for a while, pour the vegetable oil into the pot, stir-fry the onion and ginger, and then add the shrimps.
3. Stir-fry the dried shrimps, add the wax gourd and shredded red pepper, stir-fry the wax gourd, pour it into the water soaked in dried shrimps, and sprinkle with black pepper and a little salt.
4. Cover and cook until the wax gourd becomes soft. The soup is about to dry, and then take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
