Edge of Crisis is a science fiction drama series released by FOX in the fall of 2008, similar in style to The X-Files, about a father and son, a leading scientist, and an elite female FBI agent, who work together to solve a bizarre case triggered by fringe science. Since the entire cast and crew signed a non-disclosure agreement, we know very little about season three. But one thing is for sure: the two Olivias are the key plot threads for the first half of season three. Olivia-nate is following Walternate's instructions to use any means necessary to seduce Peter; her ultimate goal may be to get Peter back, but in the meantime, she's going to be working on everyone in the Fringe Case Investigation Unit. While the real Olivia is stuck in a parallel world, Walter-nate attempts to pry her open and get the intel he wants. In addition to this, some supporting characters will have larger roles in Season 3.After William Bell's death, Nina Sharp's role increases as she becomes Massive Dynamic's number one. Lincoln Lee, the lead investigator of the Parallel Worlds Edge case investigation team, was badly burned at the end of Season 2, but did not die. He will appear in Season 3 and has an unusual relationship with Olivia Bolivia. He will most likely help Olivia Bolivia, who has escaped Walternate's control.Charlie (Kirk Acevedo) will have more appearances this season. Season 3 will also further describe Broyles-nate's story, including his wife and family in the parallel world. Of course, the Walter-nate conspiracy is the most intriguing.
