Steps of boiling pork with cauliflower
1. Break cauliflower, cut into pieces of moderate size, wash and blanch for later use. Add a spoonful of salt when blanching, and cauliflower tastes good.
2. Wash the pork with skin after hair removal, cut it into large pieces with appropriate size, put a proper amount of water, ginger slices and pepper in the pot, cook the meat, and insert chopsticks into the pigskin until no blood emerges. Slice the cooked meat with skin.
3. Green pepper cutting hob;
4. Slice ginger.
5. When the pot is hot, pour in peanut oil. When it is 80% hot, pour in the cut meat with skin, and after the fragrance (the fat becomes a little transparent).
6. Add ginger slices and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant, then add a spoonful of watercress. I use my own watercress instead of homemade watercress. I can use Pixian watercress.
7. Stir fry the red oil.
8. Pour in cauliflower and continue to stir fry.
9. When the surface becomes soft, pour in the green pepper and continue to fry. After the green pepper is cooked, add salt, sugar and monosodium glutamate, stir well and serve.
