Precautions for children when eating steak
1. Do not often feed your children quick-frozen steaks from the supermarket. They contain various additives and are not good for your baby's health.
2. The best steak for babies is children’s steak, as the meat is relatively soft and tender.
3. Do not give your baby undercooked steak. The baby’s resistance is relatively low. Undercooked steak contains bacteria and may cause the baby to get sick.
4. Babies who are allergic to steak cannot eat it. For the first time, you can only eat a small amount of steak for your baby. Pay attention to whether the baby has an allergic reaction. If so, stop it immediately.

Method:
