2. Transfer the circuit diagram on the computer to the base paper with a printer, and a circuit composed of thick ink lines will be formed on the surface.
3. Add thermal transfer. Cut out the selected transfer paper and put it on the copper clad laminate. After heating it slightly, stick it on it with an electric iron (the temperature is adjusted to the highest), then heat it evenly for a few minutes, and gently press it when heating. Transfer paper can only be taken out after it is completely cooled. At this time, if there are still defects, you can repair them with a marker. There is also a special thermal transfer machine, which sticks the printed backing paper on the copper clad laminate, and the ink-containing side coincides with the copper clad laminate. Heat the conveyor, and put the copper clad laminate with circuit diagram into the conveyor. After that, the copper clad laminate printed with ink lines can be obtained.
4. Prepare relevant solutions, which can be prepared as needed. There are two reactions to remove excess copper. One is to use dilute hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide, and the reaction formula is 2HCl+H2O2=CUCl2+2H2O. The advantage of this method is time saving, but the disadvantage is that the reaction releases dilute hydrochloric acid, so it needs to be carried out in a well-ventilated place. Another method is to directly corrode with acidified ferrous chloride. The reaction formula involved is FeCl _ 2+Cu = CuCl _ 2+Fe. (Of course, there must be ferrous oxide and then react with copper, and the result of Cu+FeCl _ 3 → FeCl _ 2+CuCl _ 2 is the same.
The operation is extremely simple and there is no pollution. Just put the plate in the solution for a few hours, but the disadvantage is that the time is a little long.
5. Take out the corroded copper plate and clean it with tap water. You can see that the copper part that has not been corroded has formed a complete circuit line. Then, drill out the place where you want to solder electronic components with a small drill, and a beautiful circuit board is born.
