Three eggs.
Pork belly minced meat 150g
Two mushrooms
Garlic cloves 3 cloves
2 shallots
A little beer/cooking wine
Delicious and fresh, a little soy sauce.
A little chicken essence
A little white pepper
A little sugar

Cut pork belly into small diced meat, season and marinate 10 minutes. Use two spoonfuls of fresh pork belly, one spoonful of soy sauce, two spoonfuls of cooking wine, a little chicken essence and pepper, a little sugar and scallion.
Second step
Chop shallots into chopped green onions, dice mushrooms and chop garlic cloves into garlic paste;
Third step
Beat three eggs in a large container, add a little beer/cooking wine, a little delicious fresh soy sauce, add warm water (the ratio of egg liquid to clear water is 1: 1.5), then filter the egg liquid with a sieve, apply plastic wrap, poke a small hole in the plastic wrap, and steam in a steamer for 10 minute.
Fourth step
Pour two spoonfuls of cooking oil into a non-stick pan, add garlic paste and stir-fry until fragrant, then add marinated diced meat and stir-fry for two minutes. Wait until the pork belly oil comes out, then add mushrooms and fry until raw. (This process takes about 1 min.)

Then spread the fried diced mushrooms with soup on the steamed egg custard;
