Morphological characteristics of safflower

Safflower is a perennial evergreen vine and an epiphyte, which is often planted in hanging baskets. The leaves are opposite, oval, ovoid or obovate, slightly fleshy, 4.5 cm long and 3 cm wide, entire, with obvious midvein, hidden lateral veins, dark green leaves and light green back.
