Minute the pork and marinate it with all the seasonings for 15 minutes

Use a piece of dumpling skin, put the meat filling on it first, and then put a shrimp on it

Stick the dumpling skin tightly, and leave the tail of the shrimp on the outside of the dumpling skin

Wipe a bit of oil on the plate, put the dumplings on it, and use a spray bottle to fill with a little bit of water, spraying a little bit of water on the dumplings in order to prevent them from drying out too much (no need to spray water on the dumplings if you use a steamer)

These dumplings are ready to be cooked in the oven.

Steam the dumplings over high heat for 10-15 minutes
